2017—2019 年北京地区实验动物质量抽检结果分析

摘要:目的 比对分析 2017—2019 年北京地区实验动物微生物及遗传质量监测结果,为实验动物产业发展提供参考。 方法 按照国家和地方现行实验动物检测标准,对北京地区实验动物生产单位进行抽检,并发布检测报告。按照报告数据,对此阶段小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、地鼠、兔、犬、猴和小型猪共 8 个品种的实验动物按照品种、等级、单位等进行分类,分析质量问题,并与 2014—2016 年同期实验动物质量比对,分析变化趋势。 结果 2017—2019 年分别抽检动物 144、131 和 135 批次,检出不合格批次分别为 30、15 和 17 批。 不合格主要因素为兔、犬及猪免疫不达标(20 批) ,病原感染 20 批,未发现遗传变异。 与 2014—2016 年同期相比,未检出遗传问题相同,免疫不达标状况好转,但病原感染出现上升。 结论 通过质量分析比对,能够为实验动物产业健康发展提供数据支持。     

基于低碳理念的鄂州市城市土地集约利用评价

结合国内外低碳土地利用的研究背景和实践,分析出不同土地利用方式碳排放效应,并对城市土地低碳化与集约化利用进行定性与定量分析,并采用鄂州市实际构建低碳理念下城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,对鄂州市2000-2013年土地利用状况进行分析评价.由此,总结鄂州市再加入低碳因素后土地集约利用的变化规律,并提出相关建议.     

径向井排引导水力压裂裂缝扩展机理研究

为探究径向井排系统对裂缝的影响，明确水力裂缝的扩展规律，利用扩展有限元理论建立了流固耦合三维裂缝扩展模型，模拟了受径向井排引导的水力裂缝扩展过程。重点分析了3种影响因素（径向井排方位角、水平地应力差、径向井孔径）对水力裂缝的引导机理。首次提出了"引导因子"的概念，并将其作为有效评价径向井排引导效果的量化参数。研究发现，径向井方位角、水平地应力差、径向井井径会对水力裂缝的引导效果产生影响：较小的径向井方位角、水平地应力差以及较大的井径都使径向井排具有较强的引导能力和较好的引导效果，反之亦然。同时，较大井径对增加水力裂缝宽度有明显作用。最后，利用大尺寸真三轴水力压裂模拟试验证实了数值模拟结果具有一定的准确性。     

Synthesis and Largely Enhanced Nonlinear Refraction of Au@Cu_2O Core-Shell Nanorods

Au@Cu_2O core-shell nanorods with tunable thickness of Cu_2O shell were synthesized and their linear and nonlinear optical responses were investigated. Two transverse plasmon resonance peaks were observed when the Au nanorods were coated with Cu_2O shells, which were adjusted by the Cu_2O shell thickness. The nonlinear absorption of the Au@Cu_2O nanorods is enhanced by 5 times at the longitudinal plasmon resonance wavelength compared with that of bare Au nanorods. More intriguingly, largely enhanced nonlinear refraction and suppressed nonlinear absorption at the transverse plasmon resonance wavelength were observed in the Au@Cu_2O nanorods. Our findings indicate the existence of strong local field enhancement at the interface between the Au core and the Cu_2O shell, which would provide a promising strategy in designing plasmonic nonlinear nanodevices with good nonlinear figures of merit.     

Dynamic Model Averaging and CPI Inflation Forecasts: A Comparison between the Euro Area and the United States

The paper forecasts consumer price inflation in the euro area (EA) and in the USA between 1980:Q1 and 2012:Q4 based on a large set of predictors, with dynamic model averaging (DMA) and dynamic model selection (DMS). DMA/DMS allows not solely for coefficients to change over time, but also for changes in the entire forecasting model over time. DMA/DMS provides on average the best inflation forecasts with regard to alternative approaches (such as the random walk). DMS outperforms DMA. These results are robust for different sample periods and for various forecast horizons. The paper highlights common features between the USA and the EA. First, two groups of predictors forecast inflation: temporary fundamentals that have a frequent impact on inflation but only for short time periods; and persistent fundamentals whose switches are less frequent over time. Second, the importance of some variables (particularly international food commodity prices, house prices and oil prices) as predictors for consumer price index inflation increases when such variables experience large shocks. The paper also shows that significant differences prevail in the forecasting models between the USA and the EA. Such differences can be explained by the structure of these respective economies.
